The company:

Our customer is a digital services company specializing in software development, application operations and cybersecurity. They offer end-to-end solutions, including building and managing business-critical applications. Their services include application monitoring, security (such as penetration testing and attack detection) and infrastructure management in cloud environments. They also focus on data analysis, using tools such as machine learning and natural language processing.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for recording, analyzing, describing and prioritizing requirements.
• You plan the implementation of the respective requirements together with the customer and the team.
• You are responsible for the quality and usefulness of the products and for meeting the agreed deadlines.
• You carry out acceptance tests to check the implementations.
• You support error analysis in complex systems.
• You manage the system conception of the applications in collaboration with the software engineers and customers.
• You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and their resource planning.
• You support the sales department in acquisition and offer preparation.
• You conduct workshops and training courses to impart methodological competence.

Your profile:

• Completed degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in agile projects as a product owner and in managing projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility for your work. You are proactive and enjoy taking the lead.
• You can work your way into complex systems and have the drive to understand them comprehensively.
• You can lead meetings and workshops and enjoy taking on the leading role. You have excellent technical knowledge of your field and continue to educate yourself independently.
• You have entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and action.
• You have very good analytical thinking skills and conceptual skills.
• You have already worked with Jira and Confluence.
• Confident and convincing appearance as well as target group-oriented communication.
• You master difficult situations with diplomacy and a certain foresight.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You are interested in occasional travel (max. 1-2 times a quarter)
