DevOps Engineer in NETHERLANDS

BlockTech is a high-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global decentralised trading in cryptocurrency derivatives while expanding to regulated markets.

We are growing like never before and we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to join us in this exciting scale-up phase!

What will you do?

At BlockTech, you will have the opportunity to take the DevOps culture and operations to the next level by developing new tools and processes largely from scratch. This will enable us to obtain top-notch performance and stay ahead of the game.

You will take responsibility for the deployment of our software and ensure the reliability of the on-premise system.

It means that you will carry a high level of responsibility, can perform under pressure and have the ability to steer the company in terms of our development operations.

Additionally, you take ownership of the process around incident responses and generally form the bridge between the trading and infrastructure teams.

What do we require from you?

• Commercial working experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment with large-scale operations
• Great communication skills to ensure optimal coordination between teams
• A critical mind who follows things until completion
• The ability to confidently work on completely new components
• A high level of responsibility and ownership
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Affinity with open-source software and willingness to work with our tech stack:
