Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation across web and mobile
• Drive user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Craft intuitive interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality
• Create and maintain our design system to ensure consistent brand experience
• Develop compelling multimedia content for marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes
• Strong background in user-centered design principles
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellence in creating responsive web and mobile designs
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in travel or SaaS industries
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Motion design and video editing capabilities
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
