We are currently looking for a Polish Speaking Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our remote team in Athens. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in organization and communication, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing roadside assistance operations for Polish-speaking clients, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and promptly.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to assistance requests from Polish-speaking clients via phone and digital channels
Coordinate with local service providers to dispatch and track roadside assistance operations efficiently
Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process, providing ongoing updates and reassurance
Document client interactions and service requests accurately in the company's CRM system
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and strive for high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve service efficiency
Support client inquiries and resolve any issues related to roadside assistance services
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably within the automotive or roadside assistance sector
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage stressful situations and provide solutions effectively
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant technology is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
