Job Overview & Summary:
Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Flapen's brand voice and goals
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies
Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting
Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner
Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates
Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance and return on investment (ROI)
Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management
