One of Stellar's clients is searching for an experienced, senior-level Project Coordinator to join their business technology services team. As part of a transformative initiative to build a new relocation platform, you will play a key role in supporting multiple relocation projects across our client's organization and its operating companies. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and the timely delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting goals, objectives, schedules, and risks, helping organize program activities and resources to ensure efficient execution
  • Develop and monitor budgets, track project expenses, prepare financial reports, and assist in managing contracts, including vendor coordination and compliance
  • Serve as the liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless information sharing, project updates, and alignment with goals and timelines
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend program meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring program milestones are met
  • Coordinate the selection and evaluation of program consultants, monitor contractor/vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with program milestones
  • Manage program documentation, including reports, procurement specifications, status updates, and governance paperwork; assist in onboarding and offboarding processes


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program and project coordination, particularly in infrastructure and relocation projects
  • Proven ability to manage program budgets, generate financial reports, and track spending, including forecasting and variance analysis
  • Experience in contract management, including working with external vendors, consultants, and ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a public sector or large enterprise environment is highly valuable


Pay Rate: $50-60/hour
