Position Overview
- Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.
Key Responsibilities
English is required for training, tools, and internal communication.
- Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
- Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
- Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales.
- Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.
Requirements
- Fluent Czech language skills;
- Proficient English communication skills;
