Weโ€™re looking for an HR Services & Special Projects Specialist to play a key role in enhancing HR operations and improving employee experience by managing regional relocation services, migration processes, hospitality, and special event coordination. This position calls for a detail-oriented individual with strong project and change management skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.


๐Ÿ“Roles and responsibilities

  • Regional Relocation Services: Manage employee relocations, including logistics, housing, schooling, and transportation, working with external vendors to ensure smooth transitions and policy compliance. Provide employees with relocation guidance, cost details, and benefits information.


  • Migration Services: Oversee migration processes, ensuring immigration law compliance and assisting with visa and work permit documentation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. Maintain knowledge of regional migration policies for effective employee support.


  • Special Event Coordination: Plan and execute HR-related events like orientations, team-building, and recognition programs. Coordinate logistics, budgets, and event promotion with vendors and stakeholders, gathering feedback to improve future events.


  • HR Services Management: Support HR operations by administering programs, implementing automation projects through change management, and coordinating hospitality and engagement initiatives. Serve as an HR point of contact for employees and managers.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data on relocation, migration, and events, providing insights to improve services. Prepare reports for HR leadership on program effectiveness.


  • Compliance and Policy Development: Contribute to policy development for relocation and migration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and recommending improvements.


  • Communication and Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the communications team to promote HR initiatives and act as a liaison between HR and employees, enhancing employee experiences and addressing concerns related to relocation and migration.


๐Ÿ’กRequirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on relocation services, migration processes, or project management
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices
  • Excellent organizational and change management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent Spanish and English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft Office and Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, or related tools
