Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Service Delivery Associate – Mobility and Assignments for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.



Job Summary:


As a Service Delivery Associate – Mobility & Assignments, you will play a crucial role in executing the day-to-day operational activities of the end-to-end global/ in-country mobility and short-term/ long-term assignments processes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of these processes and providing the required support to relevant stakeholders. This role requires basic understanding of mobility and assignment processes including data management, in-country and cross-country transfers, relocation and immigration support, and repatriation, particularly the administrative and operational aspects.



Responsibilities:


Mobility & assignments operations:

  • Coordinate international or domestic assignments for employees, including expatriate assignments, short-term assignments, and transfers.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including HR business partners, managers, employees, and external vendors, to facilitate mobility & assignment logistics and requirements.
  • Provide support to employees and their families regarding relocation logistics, such as housing arrangements, transportation, school enrollment, and settling-in assistance.
  • Coordinate with relocation service providers, real estate agents, and moving companies to facilitate smooth transitions for relocating employees.
  • Assist employees with visa and work permit applications, renewals, and extensions, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with immigration attorneys, consulates, and government agencies to obtain necessary visas and work permits for international assignments.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors, payroll departments, and finance teams to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to international assignments and mobility.
  • Track assignment-related expenses and budget allocations, including relocation costs, housing allowances, and transportation expenses.
  • Monitor assignment budgets, expenses, and variances, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders as needed.


Data management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for mobility and assignments, including digital and offline documentation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data, as well as compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.


Employee and business support:

  • Responsible for handling mobility & assignments related requests and inquiries (via ticketing service, by email or via phone) in a professional manner and providing the right assistance and guidance to ensure timely and effective resolution as well as great experience.
  • Monitor assignment status and duration, providing reminders and updates to stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance with assignment timelines and requirements.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3+ years in HR Administration, Service Delivery, or a related field, with a focus on global/ in-country mobility and short-term/ long-term assignments management services.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant mobility related software/ tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English language proficiency.



Required Skills:


  • Scope of work: Understanding, experience and working knowledge of mobility and assignments. Proven experience and working knowledge of mobility processes including domestic and international assignments and strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Working effectively with Shared Services and cross functional teams, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Process Proficiency: Hands-on experience and understanding of mobility and assignment operations.
  • Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate and address potential challenges related to mobility, offering practical and innovative solutions.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Abilities: Interpreting and managing mobility and assignment data effectively. Ability to derive insights and present findings to support decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail: Diligence and solution oriented.
  • Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
  • Customer focus: Commitment to providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders (HR, cross-functional, business, managers, and employees)
  • Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, assignees, and external agencies.
