As the Head of Sport R&D, you will:
- Design and lead the development of our sportsbook platform from the ground up.
- Ensure the platform is built with seamless performance, top-notch security, and scalability at its core.

- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously enhance the platform’s architecture to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Make strategic decisions on the technology stack, tools, and processes.
- Mentor and guide your team, cultivating a culture of excellence and best practices.
Your Expertise:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Manager, Tech Lead, or Architect in the sportsbook or iGaming industry.
- Deep knowledge of high-load systems and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions.
- Expertise in sportsbook architecture and the unique challenges of high-demand environments.
- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Extensive experience with third-party API integration in the sportsbook domain.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, paired with technical ingenuity.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, excelling in collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
