As a UI/UX Designer you can expect to:
Develop and maintain various design files: produce and test prototypes; modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
Develop designs to support company operations, including advertising and promotional materials for our various products
Set design requirements based on internal teams and user research
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Gather feedback from product users and make informed adjustments to products to satisfy consumer preferences
Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to suggest improvements for both products and processes
Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years professional experience with previous roles in UI/UX design
Strong proficiency with design programs (Figma, Sketch, Adobe)
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including: user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
Ability to effectively communicate and translate design concepts to cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Ability to translate conceptual design requirements into practical product features
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hard working and excellent attention to detail
Independently motivated
Familiarity with the structural and technical constraints of front-end (ReactJS) development and how to accommodate these constraints in product designs
