We are looking for a Marketing & PR Specialist to take ownership of impactful marketing and branding initiatives across global markets. This is a pivotal role that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone with a strong foundation in marketing and PR who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers mentorship and collaboration with the Global Managing Partner, ensuring strategic alignment while providing room for growth and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & PR: Develop and implement campaigns that amplify Selion Global’s reputation in leadership consulting and leadership programmes.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Drive the development and management of high-value collaborations and sponsorships that align with Selion Global’s brand and growth strategy.
- Event Marketing & Branding: Lead marketing efforts for Selion Global Retreats and other high-profile initiatives, ensuring alignment with the firm’s positioning and values.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee Selion Global’s digital presence, aligning messaging across social platforms, newsletters, and website content.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and marketing materials tailored to global audiences, including executive leaders, board members, and decision-makers.
- Data-Informed Insights: Analyze campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 3-7 years in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related role, ideally within professional services, leadership consulting, executive search, or business schools.
Core Skills:
- Proven ability to design and execute impactful PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility globally.
- Expertise in event marketing and building partnerships that drive business growth.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a knack for translating strategic goals into engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management and basic analytics to drive online engagement.

- Strategic thinker with a creative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Adaptable and culturally aware, with an ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences.
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, balancing independence with collaboration.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Postgraduate qualifications are a plus but not required.
