My client is a forward-thinking company specializing in delivering innovative networking and network security solutions. Partnering with industry leaders such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, and various SD-WAN vendors, they provide tailored solutions to the Higher Education sector.
The Role:
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Lead both new business development and account management efforts, driving growth and cultivating lasting relationships.
Pitch their cutting-edge networking products to universities and other higher education institutions.
Take ownership of the sales function, with the potential to build and lead a team as you succeed.
What they're looking For:
Higher Education Experience: Proven success in engaging with and selling to universities.
New Business Development Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience driving new revenue streams.
Networking Solutions Knowledge: Demonstrated success in selling networking and network security solutions, ideally partnered with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or SD-WAN vendors.
What’s in it for You?
Salary: £45k - £50k basic, plus 10-15% commissions per deal.
Earning Potential: With margins targeting £20k per deal and a goal of 3-4 deals per quarter.
