In Your Next Challenge, You Will
- Content & Digital Asset Management: Create and oversee the content and media uploading process to our website and app stores
- CMS Maintenance: Maintain our CMS, establishing and upholding naming conventions, labelling, and roles to ensure smooth operation.
- Product Launch Support: Play a crucial role in supporting product launches and day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a regular QA process for our website and app stores across all markets, maintaining high standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the content delivery and publication process, ensuring it’s organised, timely, and flawless.
- CMS Training: Train new employees on the CMS and guidelines, promoting a "sharing is caring" culture.
- Performance Improvement: Work closely with your manager to enhance performance and conversion rates on our website and stores using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
- A/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B tests using our test tool to optimize user experience, conversion and engagement.
- Request Management: closely working with your team to manage and prioritize requests, ensuring timely responses and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, including Content, SEO, Product Marketing, and the Product Website team, to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
Background
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Some experience with CMS and website management
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Fluent in English
Skills
- Passion for digital marketing, websites, and CMS
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Initial experience with A/B testing tools and the CMS "Contentful" (advantageous)
- Interest in building a career in Marketing or Project Management
