Senior User Experience Designer in AUSTRALIA

Our client a globally renowned Australian software client has a 6-month contract for a Senior Product Designer, this is a fully remote positon, we are seeking the following skills and experience:


  • 8+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software
  • Excitement for and experience in leveraging every aspect of the user-centered design process to tackle complex problems
  • Experienced at using Figma and/or other design tools
  • Ability to collaborate with, influence, and impact different stakeholders and teams across the organization
  • Experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modelling
  • Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback

  • Experience in startups or scaleups
  • Experience with Lean UX and rapid customer delivery
  • An interest in team building
  • A healthy tolerance for ambiguity.

Typical Day in the Role

  • Working with AU time zone - At least 4 hour overlap with Sydney time. Flexible to work remotely. Nice to visit the office once a week.

  • Stakeholder facing. There might be customer facing but not limited to.
