The Senior Associate role at CEPRES demands a unique set of skills specific to the Private Equity industry and interpersonal skills to be able to rise in a fast expanding cutting edge fin-tech company.
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting and in coordination with the Senior VP Data Delivery, oversee all activities of the Implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of service level agreements in the areas of Technology and Data Solutions and data value flow
- In collaboration with Senior VP Data Delivery, oversee selected program management activities including project planning, team allocation, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and meet budgetary goals
- Report directly to the Senior VP Data Delivery and be responsible for agreed upon (or all) contractual execution aspects of projects for Global Delivery Clients and provide strong leadership throughout the product implementation and data onboarding journey
- Establish and ensure a KPI-driven management framework to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Analyze customer feedback and leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization
- Provide expertise and support to the Presales and Professional Services teams during pre-contract client meetings, serving as a subject matter expert on delivery services and capabilities

- Lead and motivate a team of associates /analysts to effectively manage and execute operations while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team and across various functional areas
- Work closely with the Client and key internal cross-functional teams to ensure the full range of capabilities are considered during the operational phase and ensure client satisfaction, meet agreed SLAs, mitigate delivery risks, and assist in client-specific product configuration/testing
- Report success but also gaps to the Senior VP Data Delivery and work in a team to improve the operations
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience in managing projects as well as the ability to be able to work with big data using applicable tools
- Analytical and technical understanding of data concepts (processing, visualization and analysis methods)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, Power BI
- Excellent experience in Financial Modelling using Excel (especially Discounted Cash Flow analysis)
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to hold your own with C-level counterparts
- Project Management skills to efficiently coordinate information from internal stakeholders and customers
- Process management experience is a plus, with the ability to conduct trainings with internal stakeholders
- Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of analysis methodology as well as company-wide processes
- Proactive reporting abilities
- Strong communication skills - English, German would be a plus
