Software Engineer - Go / Infrastructure / Blockchain

We are currently partnered with an exciting blockchain lab enabling cutting-edge protocols in the Ethereum space actively supporting a remote-first environment. They are currently looking to expand their infrastructure team with a Software Engineer (Go).

This is a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities for this Software Engineer position:

• The position has an 20/80 split between Site Reliability and Software Engineering.
• Develop security services to protect users from errors or malicious transactions and manage transaction storage/reordering before blockchain processing.
• Translate RPC calls for end-user interactions and maintain/improve user interface for blockchain explorers.
• Automate provisioning of infrastructure stacks.
• Create CLI tools for pubsub and streaming infrastructure operations.
• Develop monitoring pipelines for blockchain events.
• Automate configuration and maintenance using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes operators.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Golang and experience with DevOps or SRE.
• Proven experience as a backend software developer.
• Knowledge of SDLC, continuous integration, and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of internet infrastructure services (DNS, HTTP, server virtualization, monitoring).
• Familiarity with SRE principles, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, and fault analysis.
• Expertise in Go or other system-oriented programming languages.
