We are DecenterAds https://decenterads.com/ a DSP service provider of BidsCube https://bidscube.com/ - an adtech firm, pioneering in creating programmatic ecosystem. We work remotely, HQ in Singapore, and the team is all across Europe, Ukraine, and UAE.


As we’re expanding our services, we are interested in exploring other markets and growing our partnership network further. We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager / AdOps with a focus of ADX and/or Publisher-side development.


An ideal candidate will offer extensive expertise in the programmatic and Ad Tech ecosystems, including oRTB, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and/or related technologies. This role is client-facing, which encompass full-cycle campaign management and communication with the client. You will have a full control over your work.


You can expect an environment of unlimited support, a flat hierarchy, and full flexibility. We do not restrict You by timezone or location. At the same time, we expect you to take full accountability for Your input.



You probably want to know what is involved. The Job:

  • Campaigns’ creation and optimization.
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, anticipating future needs, and offering tailored solutions to achieve their KPIs.
  • Overseeing ad performance, checking for discrepancies, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the Supply clients.
  • Participating on calls sharing technical insights with the clients
  • Working experience with CTV/oRTB/ADX/SSP/DSP
  • Working knowledge of Ad Serving Platforms (Xandr, PubMatic, Freewheel etc.) and Ad Verification Tools
  • Potentially confronting false client’s beliefs (but keep it professional)
  • Partner with the Sales department to achieve the best delivery


You are:

  • AdOps/ Technical Account Manager with extensive experience of 2+ years in programmatic and adtech industry in general
  • Proactive and intrinsically driven personality
  • A result-oriented approach, focused and consistent
  • Have exceptional communication skills backed up by strong knowledge of technical aspects of campaign management
