Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the suitability of candidates for specific roles
Maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the hiring process
Develop and manage a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings
Organize and facilitate candidate onboarding processes and offer negotiations when necessary
Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Utilize CRM tools and software to track candidates and manage the recruitment workflow
Requirements
Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance capacity
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment
Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms
