Search Engine Optimization Specialist in EGYPT

We are seeking a dedicated SEO and Growth Specialist who will primarily focus on enhancing our digital presence through strategic SEO initiatives and growth strategies. As an Operations Coordinator, you will also support the CEO with various tasks, including testing releases, organizing team tasks, creating long-term and short-term plans, and managing e-business operations. This role is fully remote and full-time, with a strong focus on driving growth for MindLuster and its products, targeting both Arabic and English audiences while supporting the team’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, increase visibility, and improve search rankings.
• Brainstorm and execute growth initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to help expand our reach, improve conversions, and boost engagement.
• Test live releases to ensure quality, identify any issues, and maintain a strong focus on end-user experience.
• Organize and manage the team’s workflow and tasks to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Formulate long-term and short-term growth plans for the business.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO regarding the progress of projects, team performance, and growth metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven at least 4 experience in SEO, growth hacking, or similar roles, with a track record of driving organic growth and improving key performance indicators.
• Ability to test new features and releases, identifying any issues to ensure smooth functionality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in task management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience with e-business operations and a good understanding of digital marketing, keyword research, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between the team and CEO.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, keen to take initiative and explore new opportunities for business success.
