About Our Team
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Technical Leader to join our growing Samsung Ads team. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading a scrum team in building highly resilient cloud-based services. You will also translate business requirements into best solutions for advertising industry helping us to build modern and effective systems which we will use to deliver targeted ads to our users.

Role And Responsibilities
Lead a team not only using technical skills but also soft skills by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of skilled programmers
Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
Technical knowledge within the tools in the technological stack
Have sound decision-making skills where you choose the best cause of action even in complex situations
Implement best practices for software development and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in software development
Strong expertise in technologies we use (listed above)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to make high-level design choices and enforce technical standards
Proficiency in English, enough to communicate and understand technical documentation
