A Global IT consulting firm is seeking an IT Service Management Leader (ITSM).

Responsibilities

  • ITIL-based Incident and Problem management for the application systems of a life insurance company
  • Management and reporting of daily incidents, as well as management of problem resolutions through root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
  • Incident management
  • Facilitation of problem tickets (schedule management, meeting coordination, checking the contents of root cause analysis and preventive measures, confirming the implementation status of preventive measures)
  • Communication with the development team (in English)
  • Bi-weekly reporting
  • Internal document/procedure updates
  • Business process improvement activities

Required Skills

  • Over 10 years of practical experience in IT systems (infrastructure or applications)
  • Experience in system quality management
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (for report creation)

Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:30 PM (7.5-hour workday)

Working Style: e.g Hybrid (depending on assignment)

Reason for Hiring: Business expansion

Holidays: Two-day weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, maternity and paternity leave, childcare leave, caregiver leave, and maternal health management leave.
