Role Overview

This is a contract-based, fully remote role for an AI Developer at ElevateLab, with potential for long-term hire. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions that empower our clients to grow and stand out in their respective markets. You will be responsible for developing innovative machine learning models, ensuring scalability and robustness in production environments, and continuously refining AI systems based on performance data. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other developers, to align AI capabilities with business objectives, contributing to both the technical and strategic aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms tailored to client needs, such as recommendation systems, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Work closely with data scientists to translate models into production-ready solutions.
• Create APIs and deploy AI models to deliver scalable solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in AI and integrate them into our product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in AI or software development.
• Bonus: Experience with Azure or AWS for AI deployment.
