Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutions engineering lifecycle to create the optimal UI/UX for institutional digital asset traders
• Work with product and engineering teams to develop solutions to meet customer requirements and driving higher conversion rates
• Optimize customer workflow and improve efficiencies for customer retention
• Leading product demonstrations and technical aspects of business development presentations
• Perform testing and quality assurance of new customer facing features and products

Required Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years experience in a Web3 enterprise customer facing technical role
• Basic understanding of UTXO design and related security models
• Excellent customer communication skills with good attention to detail
• Self motivated and think outside of the box

Helpful Skills:

• Previous software development experience in a trading fund
• Previous experience with building enterprise grade solutions such as wallets and/or custody solutions
• Experience with rapid software development tools including AI
• Previously an early member of a Web3 startup team
