We’re seeking a talented Brand Designer to elevate our brand’s visual identity and create assets that inspire and connect with users across the globe. What You’ll Do

• Evolve and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create engaging design assets for marketing campaigns, including paid ads, websites, events, webinars, and internal initiatives.
• Develop tools and resources like dashboards, templates, and one-pagers for sales, partnerships, and internal teams.
• Be the guardian of visual excellence, continuously improving and driving the evolution of the brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with key teams to triage and streamline design requests, building processes that enable seamless execution.

Your First 90 Days

In your first three months, you’ll:

• Deep dive into our design system and develop an action plan for improvements.
• Audit and enhance existing design templates and organizational systems (Figma).
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Growth, understanding their design needs.
• Create a roadmap for testing design strategies to improve lead generation and brand impact.

• You have a deep appreciation for aesthetic excellence and create designs that inspire and delight.
• You’re a natural storyteller, weaving narratives into your designs to connect with users on a deeper level.
• You’re user-focused, balancing beauty with functionality to deliver incredible experiences.
• You’re innovative and driven, with a portfolio of side projects or trend-setting work that showcases your passion for design.

Experience We Value

• Proven success designing for technical products or complex user journeys.
• Expertise with Figma, Illustrator, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Bonus: Fine arts background, illustration, or animation skills.
