We are looking for a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer (m/f/d) in Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Croatia remote to join our existing team.
Our Eviden cybersecurity product portfolio is organized into three main business units:
- Identity & Access Management
- Digital Identities
- Data Protection
This position focuses on Data Protection/Encryption, specifically our Trustway product line, which includes encryption solutions like VPNs, HSMs, secured storage, and KMS. Trustway products are designed for both public and private sectors, meeting the highest levels of certification.
As a Trustway Cybersecurity Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise to the sales team while collaborating closely with the R&D department.
This is a unique opportunity to develop cutting-edge skills in cybersecurity, work on exciting challenges, and interact with global colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team
- Act as the main contact for technical and sales training
- Prepare solution proposals, offers and analyze the competition
- Manage and set up Demo and proofs of concept (PoC) with customers
- Perform product demonstrations
- Understand customer goals and provide tailored solutions
- Gather customer insights to share with marketing and R&D for future product development
- Ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with Trustway products
- Develop technical presentations and training materials, write white papers and application notes
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP cloud environments, virtual machines, hypervisors, file servers, databases, network configuration, and architecture)
- Cryptography knowledge (e.g., certificates, PKI, symmetric vs. asymmetric cryptography)
- Knowledge about PQC
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Basic knowledge of C programming
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, business informatics or mathematics
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience with HSM technology
- English min. level B2, Croatian native
