Reporting Manager: Sr Business Development Manager

Location: Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Working Time: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)


Job Description:

• Develop go-to market strategy by leveraging BECIS key USPs against demand and competition.

• Manage sales efforts with potential customers and follow up on existing prospects.

• Develop sales strategies and relationships for strategic accounts and key market segments.

• Grow potential Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customer database aiming to achieve sustainable profitability and expand related projects to prospecting customers.

• Area of focus: Main focus in all Malaysia region.

• Manage sales effort with potential customers and following up on existing prospects.

•Prepare present sales pitch for C&I segment with focus on environmental stewardship commitments.

• Support sales strategies and relationship for strategic accounts and key market segments.

•Maintain existing C&I client base and explore new sales leads.

• Keep company informed of new policies or regulation with regard to renewable energy.

•Support company existing and future utility scale IPP projects.

• Lead external communication with clients and internal communications within BECIS

• The candidate may occasionally be involved in various duties outside of their usual scope of work.

• Heavy travel and potential relocation within the region are expected.


Qualification :

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical of Engineering or related engineering field
  • Must have exposure in contract negotiation/zero capex solutions
  • Preferably sustainability, efficiency or renewables related commercial negotiations
  • Willingness to learn various solutions
  • Big plus if have work in related role for Biomass, Biogas, Chiller industry.
