✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Develop and maintain a cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for BrainRocket’s digital products, ensuring consistency across Web, iOS, Android, and other platforms.

✔️Partner strategically with engineering, product, and branding teams to define and evolve BrainRocket’s design systems.

✔️Think big and explore divergent design concepts while iteratively working towards a refined and practical solution.

✔️Create high-fidelity design mocks and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate your design ideas and concepts.

✔️Advocate for design excellence by sharing your work, presenting across teams, and articulating your design rationale effectively.

✔️Inspire the team and contribute innovative ideas to drive the evolution of our design language and user interfaces.

✅ Requirements:

✔️4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

✔️1+ years of experience working on or managing design systems.

✔️Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.

✔️Expertise with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.

✔️Strong presentation and documentation skills, with an eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency.

✔️Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset.

✔️Passionate about working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
