Lead Rust Engineer - London or Dubai - Crypto Quant Trading Firm
A highly successful crypto quantitative trading firm is actively looking for a Lead Rust Engineer to join their team in London or Dubai.
The firm is a startup of around 100 people, funded by one of the largest investment banks in the world, with offices in Dubai and London. They specialise in crypto trading (prop trading and market-making across centralised and decentralised exchanges), asset management, and venture investments in the world of Web3 and blockchain.
This is a senior role where you will be leading projects across the OTC trading business - reporting directly to the head of technology. This will include working across their low latency/high frequency trading systems - so previous experience working with trading systems is a must.
They are looking for individuals who are currently working in a similar role at a quantitative/electronic trading firm (preferably crypto experience).
Compensation
Range from £175k-275k base salary + discretionary bonus + relocation support if needed
