SingularityDAO Labs is seeking an experienced High Frequency Quant Analyst to work closely in partnership with the trading/quant/data/tech//operation teams to provide the full stack analytics services for the trading strategies, the trading platform, the trading toolset and the analytics for market data, pricing, hedging, instrument management, client execution, TCA, trade capture in a fully automated backtest/calibration framework.

The successful candidate is expected to graduate from a “red brick” university with 2 to 8 years’ banking industry experience as a quantitative analyst/developer/trader working in investment bank, hedge fund or financial fin-tech/start-up whereby the day-to-day job is coding oriented, data-driven and P&L-driven. He/she must have a can-do attitude and will work as a self-motivated full stack quant developer/analyst in a typical distributed E-Trading system. The whole trading system is data-rich and data oriented, so understand the entire data pipeline including producing/consuming with all associated data infrastructure is crucial. The team will provide full comprehensive training to bring the candidate in line with the best industry practices.

The product coverage starts from crypto spot, leading to crypto futures/options. The role involves close interaction with quant/trading/tech/operations on a day-to-day basis, so strong communication skills and a can-do can-learn attitude is critical, working in a fast-paced revenue-oriented environment is also important.

As a High Frequency Quant Analyst at SingularityDAO Labs, your responsibilities will include…

• Working closely with eTrading, quant, tech, supports, sales and operations to understand new requirements and any business-facing issues.
• Full lifecycle multi-tasks development - design and implement robust, sustainable, serviceable solutions - both small enhancements and longer-term strategic projects.
• Provision of the second line support

To be successful in this role, you are great at the following…

• Data structures, algorithms, design patterns, fluent in KDB/Dolphin/Python
• Data cleaning/mining/extraction in a high throughput tick data persistence system
• Distributed systems (leader election, quorum, clocks, locks) and their deployment
• Stochastic modelling and statistic hypothesis testing
• Central limit orderbook dynamics
• Knowledge of e-Trading workflows (Contribution, Trading, Pricing, Hedging, Client Execution Algo, STP, Market data)
• Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies
• A strong technical focus and a quality approach to all the services/components combined with a desire to understand accommodate and adapt to business priorities with the latest technologies
• An outstanding work ethic with can-do attitude to deliver high quality services/applications in a fast-paced working environment
• A self-motivated quick-starter who enjoys working in a very demanding trading environment and engaging with all stake holders to build/maintain a world class trading/analytics platform
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders and collaborate effectively across a globally distributed multi-functional team
• eFX pricing/hedging/execution (preferred)
• Delta one trading exposure in any TradFi asset (preferred)
• Analytics framework/Java (preferred)
