ServiceNow Engineer in MEXICO

Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer, ITOM/ITAM/SACM-CMDB

Location: Monterrey, NL (Hybrid scheme)

About the Role:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to manage and enhance our IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and system performance across various ServiceNow modules, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in product lifecycle discussions and maintain data flow continuity with system administrators.
• Implement CMDB maturity models to optimize service mapping and discovery health.
• Analyze system data to enhance security and performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Configure and test system enhancements, ensuring minimal production impact during implementations.
• Oversee Service Mapping, Event Management, and Software Asset Management tasks to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in IT, with 3+ years in ServiceNow support and administration.
• 2+ years in ServiceNow design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of IT Operations and Asset Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Proficient in JavaScript and experienced with Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• ITIL v3/v4 Certification and Certified ServiceNow System Administrator required; Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced English level.
