Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for consumer lending products.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and designers to understand and translate requirements into mobile solutions.
Ensure applications are intuitive, high-quality, and secure, meeting performance standards for the banking domain.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance application functionality and stability.
Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and improve mobile application performance.
Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Flutter and a focus on banking.
Proven experience in building and deploying mobile applications in the banking sector.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and state management in Flutter.
Knowledge of backend integration and APIs (RESTful services).
Proven track record in remote project delivery and effective virtual collaboration.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close alignment with team objectives.
Nice-to-Haves:
