ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Data Analyst II - Experimentation & Analytics to join our growing eCommerce Optimization team. This role will drive data-informed decisions through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to translate data into insights, supporting our strategic goals in improving user experience and conversions across digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, UX, and engineering teams, employing tools such as GA4, Optimizely, PowerBI, Looker, and Google Tag Manager to track, analyze, and refine A/B tests.
Assist in test design and interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced statistical & predictive methods such as multi-variate regression, A/B testing, qualitative analytics, and more
Provide Big Query support to enable SQL-based analysis of GA4 Data
Analyze user behavior across digital channels, including web, email, and social media, to identify patterns and suggest optimizations.
Interpret eCommerce funnel metrics into actionable recommendations to boost conversion rates and engagement.
Develop dynamic reporting dashboards and maintain documentation of A/B test results and insights for easy reference and iterative learning.
Identify and implement process improvements, troubleshooting tracking issues, and optimizing eCommerce data collection strategies for deeper insights.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
BS in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields
Proven 5+ years of working experience as a business/data analyst
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and AB Testing Tools such as Optimizely; Certifications are an added plus
Documented education related to business analytics, statistics, digital tools, eCommerce
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other online marketing analytics tools
Expert in A/B Testing analyses
Employ excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate and collaborate with team members, organizational leaders, clients, and vendors effectively and tactfully
Work autonomously and proactively with minimal supervision, balancing multiple assignments and priorities
Robust analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or another agile project tracking system
Knowledge of statistics and experience using simple statistical models
Passion to learn and work with multiple data sources to perform complex analyses
Natural curiosity and motivation to dig into the details
Language Skills:
English proficiency (reading, writing, verbal), required Mathematical Skills
