About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer who is highly skilled in the Salesforce Marketing cloud. You are an ideal candidate if you know how to use Marketing Clouds advanced tools to optimize and personalize customer journeys through automation, dynamic content, and segmentation.
Your Responsibilities
Data Management & Automationn:
Develop SQL scripts and AMPscript for complex data transformations and personalized, dynamic content.
Create and manage automations for data imports, audience segmentation, journey triggers, and journey entry conditions using SQL Queries, File Transfers, Data Extracts, and other automation tools.
Design data flows and transformations necessary for importing and transforming data for customer journeys.
Advanced Customer Journey & Segmentation Design
Configure complex customer journeys, defining entry points, triggers, and decision points to maximize engagement and ensure alignment with client marketing objectives.
Utilize data-driven segmentation and content blocks to enhance personalization and target specific audience segments effectively.
Use a foundational understanding of data modeling and flow design to structure data transformations required for journeys and personalization.
Campaign Development & Deployment
Collaborate with end-users to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop and launch complex, data-driven email and SMS campaigns that meet client needs and maximize customer engagement.
Utilize Marketing Cloud tools (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio) to deliver personalized and impactful campaigns.
Solution Design & Documentation:
Design and document strategies that leverage automation, dynamic content, and segmentation, optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud's advanced capabilities.
Work with the Engagement Services team to provide best practice recommendations for clients, ensuring successful implementations and alignment with client goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, with strong knowledge in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Contact Builder.
Proficient in campaign automation, data modeling, and journey design.
Experience integrating Salesforce platforms using APIs and SFTP.
Certification: At least one of the following is required: Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Certified Email Specialist.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 9am-5pm across different US time zones (depending on clients location)
