Senior AI Tech Healthcare Sales Executive in LITHUANIA

Spike Technologies is looking for a senior B2B sales executive (outbound) with experience in closing healthcare customers (ideally in US market) to join our growth team. The candidate will be running an outbound sales strategy for our Cardio Health product suite and will be responsible for developing and closing the B2B sales pipeline within Healthcare, Telehealth, Remote Care, Concierge Nursing verticals.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full cycle of the B2B sales process from lead generation to closing
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment. We move at 200 mph, and so will you—test strategies, iterate quickly, and adapt to evolving needs.
• Proactively build relationships and pipeline generation strategies
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads (our Data Science team, SDR's, etc)
• Stay close to our GenAI product development as we launch & iterate the offering and technology
• Deep understanding and proximity to problem spaces of our B2B customers

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare sales sector, ideally in the US market
• Experience selling SaaS, health technology, or healthcare software
• Strong technical aptitude, particularly around healthcare technology and AI-driven solutions
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven history of exceeding B2B sales targets
• Ability to read and interpret contract language
