Your role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role within Forto, supporting multiple business functions (i.e. commercial team, legal & compliance, product etc). We are looking for a motivated individual who can help us improve and enhance our Sales Cloud platform, and support in gathering requirements for the product road map.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
You will
Work within a multi-disciplinary team (Engineering, Administration, Product)
Maintain our Sales Cloud instance to best practice standards
Taking part in stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to gather and validate business requirements
Own all aspects of user management, including system administration, support tickets, and training
Undertake declarative Salesforce configuration, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, permissions (sets/groups/profiles etc.), approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and dashboards/reports
Perform mass updates, including familiarity with ETL tools (Salesforce Data Loader, G-Connecter, etc.)
Support the team with deployments as required
Manage the sandbox environments
Work with Product to identify and gather requirements, translating into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience
Work with team to create and maintain technical documentation
Work on Data Management to improve data quality, through rules and automation as necessary
Support business application integration, including Docusign, Slack, and Taskray
What you bring
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Experience working directly with stakeholders, including other engineering teams and end users.
Excellent relationship-building skills
Experience designing scalable, best practice solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
