What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a code-lover and motivated Back-end/Ruby on Rails senior Developer with experience in integrations to join our tech team. This role will primarily focus on integrating our application with other third-party systems and services. Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Design and build solid, scalable, and maintainable Rails applications.
- Participate in code reviews with excellent test coverage.
- Create a positive environment for the people around you, sharing knowledge with everyone and helping the team grow.
- Collaborate with designers, team leads, and stakeholders to understand business goals, analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions.
- Work on integrating our platform with third-party applications through APIs and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Fluent in English.
- At least four years of proven experience as a back-end developer.
- Experience with integrations involving SSO (Single Sign-On) with SAML through Active Directory and API communications.
- Experience integrating user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications) using SCIM or other similar integrations.
- A focus on code quality driven by automated testing.
- Experience in Ruby/Rails.
- Async tasks with Sidekiq.
- Experience with GIT.
- A solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis).
- Continuous integration with Capistrano and deployment skills.
- Experience in Unit, Integration, and Acceptance testing using RSpec and Capybara.
- Experience with the most common AWS services (S3, EC2, CloudFront, etc.).
- Excellent Jira, Confluence, and other project management skills.
- Experience with SaaS development and RESTful API development.
- Understanding of OOP, SOLID design principles, and design patterns
We would love to know more about you if you have:
- Experience with Apigee or similar services.
- Experience managing Active Directory systems.
- Experience with multitenancy in database management (e.g., database segregation) in any MVC framework.
- Contributions to side projects or open-source projects (GitHub link welcomed).
- Experience in start-up companies is highly desirable.
- Highly motivated and curious – not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
- Interest in psychology and mental health.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Fully Remote Work Option or Hybrid Model. If you choose to work remotely you’ll have to come to our office to team meetings/team buildings (Approx 4 per year).
