As the“Endpoint Management” team of Zalando Technology Foundation, we are managing an heterogeneous client environment (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android) including the software portfolio. We are ensuring performance, availability and usability. As a dynamic and technology-driven team we are constantly improving our solutions and dive deep into the business to identify the needs of our colleagues and build smart workplace solutions. Problem analysis and customer support belongs to our daily business as well.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Be involved in all aspects of the day to day technical support of all Zalando Windows users at both the 1st and 2nd support levels
Manage incidents, SR’s and tutoring requests with a high level of customer contact Work independently and ensuring that the high standards of customer support are maintained
Work in a dynamic flexible team and be able to provide cover at any of our Berlin sites to empower our users to solve their own Windows software related issues
Take on first sub-projects and develop automations with your colleagues
Expand our knowledge database and promote the idea of self-service
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Proven support experience, able to breakdown an issue and understand the root cause then implement an appropriate fix, excellent customer facing skills
Good support understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems, familiarity with Linux and macOS is an advantage
Scripting experience would be an advantage
Working knowledge of network infrastructure would be an advantage
You are flexible, service oriented, willing to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
You enjoy your work and are passionate about IT
