Marketing Manager in NASHVILLE METROPOLITAN AREA

Our client, a diamond leader and expert is seeking a marketing manager to head the department and join their dynamic team! The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven and goal-oriented individual.

The position is based in Nashville, TN, in-office, 5 days (Monday-Friday) a week.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and build integrated marketing, PR strategies, & product messaging for retail brick and mortar as well as e-commerce
• Handle ROAS in SEM channels by aiming on strategies aligned with proper budget, optimize ads planning and creative
• Increase new customer acquisition through digital marketing efforts & a unified brand message
• Foster a digital and traditional marketing strategy
• Improve social engagement through organic and paid social media
• Sustain and grow customer retention
• Manage and oversee social platforms, content, creation, and community management
• Lead and mentor the marketing department integrating both internal and external teams
• Continuously keep a pulse on competitors and stay ahead of the industry trends
• Spearhead all of branding, brand identity, e-commerce, and email marketing strategy inclusive of concept, packaging, and support in website development

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience
• Must be google-certified with Shopify experience
• Strong passion for luxury and/or jewelry
• Solid and extensive knowledge measuring analytics
• An understanding of what motivates customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented
• Attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable with data and the ability to set critical metrics for determining effectiveness
• Ability to craft meaningful reports with actionable insights
• Managing a team
