Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  • Create and manage Zoom accounts for staff.
  • Set up and manage company email accounts for over 100 employees.
  1. Communication Systems:
  • Manage spam number changes and handle VOIP configurations.
  • Ensure seamless communication channels across the organization.
  1. Network & Server Management:
  • Oversee RDPs (Remote Desktop Protocols), VPNs, and server infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability and security of network resources.
  1. Technical Support:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance using tools like AnyDesk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  1. User Support & Onboarding:
  • Support all office locations to ensure stable internet, VPN, and RDP connections.
  • Set up PCs and necessary software for new users.
  1. System Administration:
  • Maintain and update IT documentation.
  • Implement best practices for system security and data backups.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of [X] years in IT management or a similar role.
  • Experience in the fintech or online trading industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in managing Zoom, VOIP systems, RDPs, VPNs, and servers.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like AnyDesk.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.


Working Hours:

Choose the schedule that fits you best:

  • Early Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Standard Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
