C++ SDK Developer in GREATER BUENOS AIRES

As a C++ SDK Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software development kits used by external developers to interface with our client’s products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clients to deliver SDKs that are intuitive, efficient, and well-documented. Your work will enable other developers to integrate and build on top of our client’s platforms with ease and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable C++ SDKs for various platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements and ensure the SDK meets and exceeds the needs of developers and users.
  • Implement and maintain APIs that are easy to use, well-documented, and perform efficiently.
  • Ensure the SDK is compatible with a variety of compilers, platforms, and architectures.
  • Optimize code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and SDK stability.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and examples to help developers integrate the SDK effectively.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users of the SDK.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in C++ development, SDK design, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience developing in C++.
  • Strong understanding of C++11/14/17 standards and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and building SDKs, APIs, or libraries.
  • Experience with open-source contributions or previous SDK development work.
  • Familiarity with multi-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (ENGLISH)

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern build systems (e.g., CMake, Conan).
  • Knowledge of network programming, concurrency, and multithreading.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration.
