Tasks:
Development of FPGA function components in VHDL for Xilinx Versal architecture
Optimization of the designs with respect to clock frequencies and timing constraints
Synthesis of the functional components with Xilinx Vivado
Writing of tests during development
Simulation of the functional components
Documentation and coordination with involved development teams
Skills:
Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in FPGA development with Xilinx FPGAs
Very good knowledge in VHDL and/or Verilog
Hands-on experience in high-speed design, e.g. timing constraints, timing optimization
Knowledge of Python, Matlab and C/C++
Experience with Git, Xilinx Vivado and Aldec Rivera
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proactive and independent way of working another plus
Good knowledge of the Xilinx Versal architecture
Fluent German skills
