GT HR Staffing is an innovative start-up recruitment business, and we are expanding our small team with this newly created role. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the HR industry who’s seeking something completely new. We’re looking for individuals who believe in the brand and have the passion and energy to help drive the business forward.

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to expand and nurture our HR networks across Ireland. This role will focus on building an online HR community, fostering industry connections, and driving brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic opportunities to grow HR networks within Ireland.
• Design innovative initiatives that add value to the HR community.
• Develop the HR community through consistent engagement.
• Strategize and implement targeted outreach to connect with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the team on impactful content strategies tailored to the HR community’s needs.
• Oversee the company’s LinkedIn page, including content planning, updates, and audience interactions.
• Utilize digital tools to produce brand-aligned, engaging visuals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with charity organizations and educational providers.
• Recognize and act on opportunities to attract and onboard new clients, aligning with business goals.
• Contribute to enhancing and refining the company’s brand identity and presence.
• Provide recruitment assistance, administration, coordination.
• Ability to assist with recruitment processes when needed

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge within Human Resources is highly desirable which may have been gained through the work-place or via studies
• Strong commercial mind-set with strong business acumen, clearly understanding revenue streams and objectives.
• Strong interest in marketing with high-level digital capabilities
• Naturally interested in managing social media channels
• Highly creative, with a curious mindset
• High accuracy, with excellent written skills.
• Strong communication skills

What’s on Offer:

• Full-time or Part-time options
• Fully Remote Working, will need to be available for Dublin based meet-ups (2-3 per quarter)
• 32 / 37 days AL (15 summer days, 7 Christmas days 15 anytime days, plus option to purchase an additional 5, plus 10 BH days
