Job Description

With Us You Will

• As your main responsibility you will be working on web application firewall development which includes designing, developing and implementing firewall solutions tailored to meet specific security requirements
• Perform regular testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of firewall systems to identify and address potential vulnerabilities or performance issues
• Design, develop, and maintain LUA-based applications, scripts, and modules for various software projects.
• Work closely with software architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable LUA code.
• Stay updated on changes to different browsers (security/restrictions) and implement changes to our software if needed.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend software applications using C/C++ programming language for LINUX operating system
• Develop basic client side scripts (javascript) to communicate with the LUA backend
• Write clean & efficient code

Qualifications

What We Expect From You

• Deep up-to-date knowledge and experience of HTTP protocols
• Ability to code in and for LINUX environment
• Experience in working with Layer7 firewall or at least some know-how
• Willingness to work with OpenResty + LUA
• Ability for individual and team work and an aptitude in enhancing skills and knowledge
• LUA/C/C++ knowledge
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• C socket programming in a LINUX environment
