We are looking for a highly motivated Test Suite Engineer to join our team, focused on building and expanding the certification test suite for IoT devices. In this role, you will ensure compliance with current and upcoming Matter specifications through thorough analysis and testing, guaranteeing that the devices achieve full certification and meet all necessary requirements.
Responsibilities
Interop Test Scripting:
- Enhance our existing test automation framework.
- Automate current manual test cases.
- Design and implement solutions for running interop tests on sample SDK applications.
Certification Test Automation
- Build and expand the test suite to certify devices for compatibility with current and upcoming Matter specifications.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of each requirement outlined in the specifications, aiming for near-100% test coverage.
- Backport enhancements from the developed certification test suite to previous certification suites to maintain feature parity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Python
- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Experience with test automation tools and methodologies is advantageous.
