Job Description:

As a key player in our digital marketing team, the SEO Lead will be responsible for boosting our online presence and search engine rankings. This role is not just about applying general SEO practices; it involves a deep analysis of our unique market position and competition to develop and implement an SEO strategy that is specifically effective for our business.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement an SEO strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO plan that adapts to industry changes, maximizing organic traffic and aligning with business objectives.

• Maximize website ranking & revenue: Enhance on-page SEO elements, improve website structure, and create engaging, SEO-friendly content to boost search engine rankings and drive revenue growth.

• Manage SEO budget and spending: Effectively allocate and optimize the SEO budget to ensure efficient resource utilization, regularly evaluating and adjusting spending to align with business goals and market opportunities.

• Build and optimize an efficient SEO team: Lead the recruitment and development of a skilled SEO team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of SEO achievements 
• Extensive experience in SEO management role
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to build and lead a team of SEO executives
• Good understanding of technical aspects of SEO
• Good knowledge of the content aspect of SEO
• Ability to interpret complex SEO performance data
• Experience in budget management and cost optimization
