We are seeking a senior SEO Lead who can enhance our online presence and search engine rankings for three of our domains.
Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:
- Build and implement an SEO strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO plan that adapts to industry changes, maximizing organic traffic and aligning with business objectives.
- Build and manage an efficient SEO team: Lead the recruitment and development of a skilled SEO team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Maximize website ranking & revenue: Enhance on-page SEO elements, improve website structure, and create engaging, SEO-friendly content to boost search engine rankings and drive revenue growth across our three websites.
- Manage SEO budget: Effectively allocate and optimize the SEO budget to ensure efficient resource utilization, regularly evaluating and adjusting spending to align with business goals and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of SEO achievements for industry-leading brands in a competitive search landscape
- Excellent knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- 5+ years of experience in an SEO position
- 2 years of experience managing a team, preferred
- USA SEO experience is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. AHrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is a must.
