Job Description

Objective

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

We are seeking high caliber candidates for our Management Trinee program "Taasees" to join our sales team. The selected individual will represent our company on an assigned territory in a complex and dynamic professional business environment. The primary responsibility of the management Trinee is to communicate effectively, either individually or in groups, with customers in a manner which encourages the use of our company products where indicated. These communications require the effective selection and use of a variety of support systems to accurately convey technical and economic information, so our company products will be prescribed when indicated. The incumbent works under the supervision of his / her immediate supervisor.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Saudi Nationality As per the TAMHEER program guidelines.
  • Educational Background Must hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • No Prior Employment Candidates must not have been registered in GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) or Civil Service within the last six months.
  • Language Proficiency Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to communicate with clients and report efficiently.
  • No TAMHEER Participation History Candidates must not have previously participated in the TAMHEER program.

Skills And Competency Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Ability to present medical product information and features clearly to healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical terminologies, product use, and patient safety.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and pharmaceutical marketing strategies.
  • Strong ability to manage appointments, follow-up with clients, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Ability to handle objections and persuade potential clients.
  • Program-Specific Requirements
  • Willingness to commit to the full 6-month duration of the TAMHEER training.
  • Must be able to work in the field, conducting visits to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
