We are looking for a Firmware Engineer to join our team in the Computer Software industry.

This is a key position with visibility and for a Firmware Engineer with at least 2 years experience (Ideal candidate will be withing 2-5 yrs. exp.) We are the leader in firmware security products and have hot technology! We are developing a BIOS and firmware on ARM processor. Not a security position, but should have some good familiarity of this too.

  • We are developing for major CSP (Cloud Service Providers) for the data centers.
  • Growth opportunity learning hot technology creating Security Software, but not from a network level, but for software that can manage certificates!
  • We're looking for a local candidates with 2 years Firmware Development experience for ARM family of Microcontrollers.

Based in beautiful and warm climate of Duluth, GA area!

What You Will Be Doing

You will be developing and maintaining firmware for our products, and ensuring that our products meet industry security and reliability standards. You will also be responsible for debugging, testing, and documenting any changes or improvements made for our products as well as unit testing, debugging, and customer support for technical issues.

  • Write, debug and test embedded Firmware (C/C++)
  • Manage and maintain firmware build tools, manage builds, and release Firmware to test as well as recreate and fix problems reported by the test team

What You Need for this Position

  • At least 1++ years industry experience in Firmware Engineering developing UEFI Boot Firmware and OpenBMC based Management Firmware for ARM based servers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Experience In The Following:

  • Embedded/ Firmware Software Development
  • C/C++ programming language
  • Windows and Linux operating systems
  • UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) or BIOS
  • Previous Experience with x86 and ARM processors
  • C,C++, Assembly language

AARCH64, X86 Architecture.

Gcc compiler/Linker

UEFI firmware development experience or OpenBMC firmware development with at least 1 and 1/2 years experience is a requirement.

Security concepts

Git/Jira/Agile/Scrum Development process

GPIO/PCIe/ACPI/I2C/I3C

MCTP/SPDM/PLDM Standards

Trustzone
