We are looking for a Lead Software Architect to help design one of the platform arm division and supervise the architecture that powers Cibeeo’s next-generation global platform. As the Lead Software Architect, you will be responsible for the technical direction of the platform, ensuring its scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with engineering teams to drive the development of a robust architecture that can scale seamlessly, providing a world-class user experience.

We are looking for high talent—evidence of your impact on previous platforms and projects is essential.

• Architecture Co - Development: Lead one of the architecture division, ensuring that it can scale to support millions of users while maintaining high performance and security standards.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices in software design, development, and deployment.
• System Integration: Manage the integration of various platform components, ensuring that they work seamlessly together. This includes integrating backend systems, AI-powered services, data processing, and front-end interfaces.
• Data Privacy & Security: Design and implement secure systems that prioritize user privacy, including encryption, data protection, and secure access controls.
• Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal scalability and performance, with a focus on automation and continuous delivery.
• Real-Time Data Processing: Develop and implement strategies to handle real-time data processing to support platform features and services.
• AI/ML Integration: Guide the integration of AI and machine learning technologies to enhance platform functionality, including personalized search, data analytics, and recommendation systems.
  

• Proven Leadership: At least 10 years of experience leading technical teams and projects, with a strong track record of successful system architecture and platform development.
• Platform Scalability: Demonstrated experience designing and deploying systems that support high user growth (scaling from thousands to millions of users).
• Distributed Systems & Microservices: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems to ensure platform scalability and reliability.
• AI & ML Integration: Experience integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into products, with a strong understanding of algorithms and data models.
• Data Privacy & Security: Expertise in building platforms with a focus on data privacy, including encryption, authentication, and compliance with privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for managing microservices at scale.
• Real-Time Data Processing: Expertise in building real-time data pipelines using tools such as Apache Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to deployment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the following:
• Python for backend development and AI/ML integration.
• Java/Go for building scalable, high-performance backend services.
• JavaScript/TypeScript for developing dynamic and responsive web applications.
• Backend Frameworks:
• Node.js (Express.js) or Spring Boot (Java) for building microservices.
• FastAPI for creating fast, scalable APIs.
• Frontend Frameworks:
• React/Next.js for building user interfaces.
• Vue.js as an alternative for lightweight UIs.
• Databases:
• PostgreSQL, MySQL for relational data storage.
• MongoDB, Cassandra for NoSQL data storage.
• ElasticSearch for full-text search functionality.
• Real-Time Data Processing:
• Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and real-time streaming.
• Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
• Cloud & DevOps:
• AWS/GCP/Azure for cloud infrastructure management.
• Kubernetes & Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Terraform/CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
• Security Protocols:
• OAuth, JWT for authentication and authorization.
• TLS, SSL for secure communication.
• Encryption for secure data storage and transmission.
